One of the challenges of OUR TOWN was the large cast size and the wide range of experience--from first year students in their first mainstage show to seasoned seniors. My goal as Stage Manager was to cultivate a safe and positive community in the rehearsal room, by incorporating humor and fun into business and building relationships with the cast and crew.
