LEARNING MANAGEMENT
VIOLET was my very first stage management experience at Loyola and I learned so much about the ins and outs of stage management, including how to be an effective leader, the different paperwork responsibilities, and managing a crew.
BACKSTAGE FLEXIBILITY
During our run, we had multiple cast members get sick and have to step away from the show. Part of my job was to rework the crew and cast tracks based on these changes, particularly the transition moments.
